We encourage customers to communicate directly with the administrator on matters of concern. Most of the time we find out that the concern is from a misunderstanding and can be resolved quickly if handled by the community. On a rare occasion a customer may choose another party to help resolve the concern. TLC Management has set up a HOTLINE to help resolve these issues.
